The RAMS' Work Safe Program is designed to be an all-encompassing safety program entailing everything that one would come across on a normal construction site. Components include Personal Protective Equipment, Back Safety, Ladder Safety, Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Machinery & Guarding, Excavating, Trenching and Shoring, Confined Space Entry, Electrical, Lockout/Tagout, Hand & Power Tools, Welding & Cutting, Fire Prevention, Housekeeping, Respiratory Standards, Fiberglass, HAZMAT, HAZWOPPER, and HAZCOM.

All prospective employees are provided with a copy of the RAMS Work Safe Manual and are tested on knowledge of workplace safety prior to being assigned to a project.  RAMS’ Safety Director performs safety audits of the various worksites throughout the state and reinforces the items covered in the manual with tool box safety meetings.
